Delivery of your order
The delivery time of your order is important to us. Therefore, the order is shipped directly from our centrally located warehouse in Lelystad. This allows us to ensure fast delivery.

Can I track my order?
We will notify you via email when your order is shipped. The shipping notification will include how we shipped your order. You will also receive a tracking code to track your order on the courier's website or via our tracking page.
Shipping Insurance
To protect your orders during transit, we offer the option to purchase shipping insurance for just €5. This insurance covers loss, damage, or theft of your items. We highly recommend choosing this insurance for peace of mind with your order. Without this insurance, we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged products.
I haven't received my order after 5 business days, what now?
If you have received a shipping notification from us, you know your order is on its way to you. However, we can never 100% guarantee the delivery promise as we are also dependent on the carrier. If you have not received your order 5 business days after shipment, we would love to hear from you! You can email us at info@tidez.nl.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up an order on location.
